With the Oyster® Connect antenna system, you always have your Internet connection with you. You can surf in your motorhome, camper or caravan in complete relaxation - and also enjoy all the benefits of a "mobile home network". The mobile hotspot ensures a stable signal - even while driving. The connection is maintained regardless of the location, regardless of which network the external signal comes from - the registered devices connect to their own hotspot automatically. An LTE and a dual-band WLAN module are installed in the antenna unit. This ensures a larger range. In the WLAN range, the MIMO system (Multiple Input Multiple Output) with 4 antennas ensures stable data throughput. The LTE function is based on an ALL-band antenna in diversity technology. It supports all LTE bands from 698 MHz to 3800 MHz and offers maximum transmit and receive performance without antenna alignment. A WLAN receiver with 2.4 and 5 GHz bandwidth is installed in the vehicle. Both bands are in parallel operation - so you can connect several mobile devices at the same time, even on different bands, with the highest possible data transfer. A private wired LAN network can also be set up via an integrated LAN port. Advantageous is the use of a muli-sim card, which finds place in the card reader in the Outdoor Unit.
