The city water regulator COLORADO is an outdoor water connection for direct supply of your water system in the vehicle. Tanks or canisters are bypassed by a check valve in front of the tank or canister. The COLORADO city water regulator sits in a UV-resistant ABS housing that is closed by a lid when not in use. The hose connection on the inlet side is made by means of a standard hose coupling. The COLORADO PLUS city water regulator has the decisive plus in safety: A removable solenoid valve disconnects the water system of the caravan or motor home from the water mains as long as no water is being drawn. When permanently connected to the public water network, there is a risk of significant water damage occurring, as large quantities of water can escape unhindered in the vehicle, e.g. due to burst pipes. The solenoid valve of the COLORADO PLUS city water regulator opens the flow only when a fitting is opened and is also detachably connected to the base unit, so it can be easily stored in a frost-protected place if there is a risk of frost or if it is not used. The city water regulator has an output pressure of 1.4 bar and a closing pressure of 2 bar.
